1. Trader and acceptance

These Terms are offered by Andrei Valerievich Shishmakov, a self-employed professional income taxpayer registered in the Russian Federation, taxpayer number (INN) 861501922618 (the “Trader”), to the individual consumer using muerri.shop (the “Customer”). Contact: siniyzakat99@yandex.ru.

Before continuing to Robokassa, the Customer separately accepts this version of the Terms and expressly requests immediate performance. Clicking the payment button and completing payment forms the contract. The service stores the acceptance date, language and document versions.

2. The digital service

muerri is an automated Valorant coaching journal. It uses available match statistics from the linked Riot account to create personalised episodes covering the course of a match, recurring habits, strengths and weaknesses, progress over time and a focus for the next match. Full access also includes the learning materials available in the personal account.

The service is informational and training-oriented. The Trader does not promise a rank increase, a specific game result, or uninterrupted availability of Riot and third-party match-data sources.

3. Trial, duration and technical requirements

• The first 3 days after registration are free.
• The paid MVP product is 7 calendar days of full access for 500 RUB (approximately €5; the actual conversion is set by the bank/payment channel).
• Payment is one-off. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
• The paid period begins when the payment provider confirms payment. A new pass may be bought after the active period ends.
• The core service requires a muerri account, internet access, a correctly linked Riot ID and available match data.

4. Payment and receipt

Payment is processed in Russian roubles by Robokassa. The Trader does not receive or store card details. Any bank conversion or card fee is controlled by the Customer's bank or payment channel. The Trader issues the receipt required under the rules applicable to the Trader's Russian self-employed status.

5. Withdrawal and remedies

Where EU/EEA consumer law applies, the Customer normally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance service contract. By the separate checkout checkbox, the Customer expressly asks performance to begin immediately. If the Customer withdraws after performance has begun, the Customer may be charged a proportionate amount for the service supplied before withdrawal. The withdrawal right is lost after full performance only where applicable law allows this and the required express consent and acknowledgement were given.

To withdraw or request a remedy, email an unequivocal statement to siniyzakat99@yandex.ru and identify the account and order. If the service is not supplied or is not in conformity, mandatory rights may include bringing it into conformity, a proportionate price reduction, extension of access or termination and refund. Refunds are made by the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

6. Fair use and intellectual property

The Customer uses the account personally, does not share paid access, bypass access controls or redistribute paid materials outside public links provided by the service. Software, design and original muerri materials belong to the Trader or relevant licensors. Riot Games and Valorant do not sponsor or endorse muerri.

7. Privacy

Personal-data processing is described in the separate Privacy Notice. Optional analytics is activated only after a separate cookie choice.

8. Complaints, liability and governing law

Complaints are accepted at siniyzakat99@yandex.ru. Please include the account email, order number and requested remedy. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Russian law governs the contract, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of the country where the consumer habitually resides. These Terms apply to orders created from 9 August 2026; an earlier order remains governed by the version accepted for that order.
